You need to acquire the performance license first from Rodgers and Hammerstein’s. It’s illegal to perform it without license from the company. They can sue you for copyright infringement if they find out that you performed it without paying the performance rights.

Here’s where you can find information on that:
http://www.rnh.com

You can pay $16 for perusal copies of the play. They’ll send you the script and piano accompaniment. But you have to send it back to them within a month via UPS. Then you apply for the rights to perform it. THey’ll send you the license agreement, including the fee. If you sign the agreement, you’ll receive 20 copies of scripts plus vocal arrangement and 22 books for orchestration, 2 months prior to your performance date. You’ll have to return the materials to them again.

Here’s the link to the libretto/script of Cinderella:

I’m pretty sure it’s incomplete, I can’t remember which part, but it’s the best script I found. Hope it helps.

Rodger’s and Hammestein scripts are not available for purchase. You can RENT copies for rehearsal from rnh.com
