You can’t. It will only encourage them.

One I’ve seen is where two teenagers are sneaking away, trying to find someplace to smoke weed. You may have to let them try to find some out of the way places, probably the third (3)rd spot is what they decide on.Make the first two some places with too many people, make them suspicious, make their intentions odvious beyond a doubt. On their third try, make them haooy as larks, make it apparent what they are doing,I under stand your time might be short, so you can move this along as you need to,it’s going to have to have the true meaning though.Back to the skit.By this time Mutt and Jeff have forgotten about the world around them,BINGO who walk’s up on them but you’re city’s finest.Time permiting, this has to be the “meat” of your program, by that i mean slow it down so that the kids get the message “this is wrong, the serious things that happen when teens get caught.tell you’re “POLICEMEN” to be some what realistic, go through the motions as if they hane really been caught.GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SHOW!!!!
