Get ready to welcome a new man on Knight Rider. Paul Campbell is going to play the head research technical engineer in ‘Knight Rider’, the sequel to the 1980’s NBC Series. The question that strikes everybody’s mind when one hears the name of Campbell is where they have heard it before. If it happened to you too then remind yourself of ‘Battlestar Galactica’. Campbell played Billy, President Roslin’s right hand man and Dualla’s boyfriend in the show. But the poor Billy got killed in knight Rider Season 2. So what, now we catch him at ‘Knight Rider’. When old ‘Knight Rider’ was premiered, I was a kid and I remained a kid during its four years long run. It came to an end in August, 1986. Though, I was a kid but still I liked the shoe very much and watched all ‘Knight Rider’ episodes, never skipped any one. When they declared that ‘Knight Rider’ is over, I was very disappointed. But luckily, we got it back and with a very fresh plotline. Knight Rider reruns on Retro Television Network, Hulu, and Sleuth (an NBC Universal cable television channel in Widescreen letterbox format). In Canada, it airs on Saturday and Sunday on the DejaView network and on Prise 2 in French. In the UK, re-runs can be seen on the Satellite, Cable and Digital Terrestrial channel Bravo and Virgin 1 at selected times. Reruns may be seen at various times on the Super Drama TV channel on cable TV within Japan. The show has also been telecast in India through Channel 1 (National Network) of Doordarshan. In Nepal, it was telecasted in the mid/late-eighties through the first ever TV channel of Nepal – Nepal Television NTV. In the Middle East the show can be seen on TV Land. In Malaysia, the show was aired during TV3 prime time slot back in 1986. In September 2007, Glen A. Larson appeared in a personal video for Knightcon 07 in the UK. This marked Larson’s first public video appearance in which he addressed the fans directly and presented visual confirmation of a script for a proposed Knight Rider motion picture. Since this initial appearance, plans have been underway at The Weinstein Company to bring Knight Rider to the big screen as an updated take on the original series pilot, “Knight of the Phoenix”. Larson’s motion picture plans have no connection to the recent production by NBC. One of the few shows that was permitted airtime, despite the fact that many of the female actresses wore short shorts, something unacceptable in Saudi culture. First of all, tell me have you noticed something (if you’re used to read my blogs) why do I write mostly about the season’s finale. Buddies who have watched Knight Rider, the NBC network series, won’t ask what the KITT is. Yeah, if you’ve never seen Knight Rider, then, you’d definitely knit your eyebrows with perplexity. Wanna know more about KITT??? The 1973 Trans Am is a Second Generation Firebird (2nd gen is from 1970 to 1981). Of the less than 5,000 that were built, the 455 SD (Super Duty) with a 4-speed manual transmission is one of the rarest birds out there with only 72 produced. Pontiac produced a total of 252 Trans Am’s with 455 SD engines in 1973. Mike Hammer: Mike Hammer is Sam Spade with morals. This basically means that Blade has the same problem. It’s hard to be a badass when you have ADHD. If you can’t remember what case you’re working on, it just isn’t productive to run around beating people up. Mike stands a good chance of tricking Blade by mentioning that Blade’s shoes are untied. In the end, Mike Hammer gets the holy crap kicked out of him, but still can solve the case. Blade will just get confused. Besides, Mike Hammer slams down cheap Scotch like it was water. Blade has that Gatorade looking Blade Juice stuff.
