I was just wondering, when I was young I would participate in many plays at school, I would even know everyone’s roles and their script. I would never volunteer to play, but end up covering someone’s spot because they did not show up, and I knew the play word for word. That was in elementary school though. I am now 20 years old, and would probably shit my pants in front of a crowd. That would be on stage that is. As far as in front of a camera, well a lot of people tell me I am a natural, what ever that means. Back in high school my friends and I would film every project that out teacher assigns us. How does one end up in a movie any ways? Do they simply attend an audition and if their good their in?

you have to start out as being extras and go to auditions.
if you go to google and search being a movie extra a bunch of sites will come up but you do mostly have to pay eventually with any site you join im 15 and i cant get my start cuz i dont have the money so im gonna start a you tube hit lol so u could try that too.
try this place talenthunter.com i got a bunch of auditions and such near me for modeling and acting in a week but i cant look at the messages because you have to pay for the gold bagde or something but if you have the money and ou really wanna get started thats a really good site
best of luck!
You sale your soul and u become famous i promise.
Well there are a series of steps it takes to even get an audition…
the first thing I recommend you do is take at least one basic acting class and a few acting classes like Theatre and Commercial On-Camera Technique.. Then your next thing you should do is put together a basic beginner resume and get head shots taken… After this you should get an agent or a manager these are not required but they are very helpful in finding appropriate jobs for you… The casting directors are more likely to schedule an audition if your resume is sent by a trusted agent or manager… If you’d prefer to not have and agent or manager that’s fine but you may find it a little harder to get auditions… Next you most get yourself out there send your head shot and resume to various casting directors for projects your interested in although casting director aren’t required to call you regarding scheduling an audition they may and this very much relies on your head shot and resume so make sure it’s all looks proper and correct… If you do get a call and get a callback you go through various sessions where they test your chemistry with other actors and push your acting abilities… this may take a while if yo make it through all of there callbacks because casting directors see so many people so don’t get discouraged if it take a while… After many auditions they will select the best and brightest actor… this is the basic system most actors such as myself will follow to get to roles unless you have traffic stopping beauty which is very very rare.. I hope this helps
